Richard has been coaching general health clients since 2010. He got his start coaching brides for their big wedding day. He has been a personal trainer for 6 years and purchased Body Solutionz in 2018 where he is owner operator to this day. His goal is to capture a national title to become an IFBB pro and become one of the most accomplished coaches in the nation.
Emily is an enthusiastic and personable trainer who will push you to reach new accomplishments each session. She is focused on helping you get better, both in and out of the gym. She enjoys working with younger and older people looking to get in shape and build muscle, or athletes looking to enhance strength and performance. She has been with us for a little over a year. Emily has been mentored under Richard Sparks!
