Jeff Ruh - Bio
Jeff has been training athletes of all ages and ability levels for over 20 years. Beginning as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne, Jeff became a Master Fitness instructor for the Army. After his service, Jeff attended and graduated from the University of Wisconsin, earning a degree in Exercise Physiology. While in college, Jeff became a professional Mixed Martial Artist, and instructor. Jeff specializes in athletic performance for sports, as well as tactical athletes, functional fitness, weight loss, nutrition, and training for special populations.

Trainer fun facts
Jeff is proficient in both Spanish and Japanese languages. Some of the athletes Jeff has trained include Olympic Gold Medalist and fastest American in history Tyson Gay, Olympic Fencing Gold medalist Lee Kiefer, Professional Baseball player Ben Revere, Professional Tennis player Eric Quigley, Professional Hockey player Alexander Boikov, NFL Safety Chase Minnifield, and Professional Boxer Robbelle “The Reaper” Rogers.
