Emily Hood - Bio
Emily is an enthusiastic and personable trainer who will push you to reach new accomplishments each session. She is focused on helping you get better, both in and out of the gym. She enjoys working with younger and older people looking to get in shape and build muscle, or athletes looking to enhance strength and performance. She has been with us for a little over a year. Emily has been mentored under Richard Sparks!
